The location is a pro. Its very convenient. Close to the metro, bus and train station plus the aprtment is right above the bus stop.
Was expecting a bit more space. We stayed there with the two of us, my 16 year old daughter and I. There is another bed. I found the appartment just enough for the 2 of us with a kitchnet. Though a kitchnet is available, not sure how covenient would it be to cook, if needed. The shower is also too small and didnt work properly, either too hot or too cold.

Close to Tiburtina station, where cheap and direct train connection to Fiumicino airport is possible. Ms. Daniella, the host is very nice, helpful and available
There was some communication difficulties in the beginning because of language barrier, we began texting (instead of calling) and everything is fine

A localização é boa, fica próxima da estação de trem apesar da via de acesso até o apartamento não ser das melhores. No momento do check-in, tivemos uma pequena dificuldade para acessar o imóvel, mas entramos em contato por ligação e a proprietária foi extremamente solícita e resolveu o problema rapidamente.
No entanto, há dois pontos que precisam de atenção para os próximos hóspedes: o sinal de Wi-Fi no apartamento é bastante fraco e instável, e a temperatura da água do chuveiro oscila demais durante o banho, variando entre muito quente e muito gelada, o que torna o banho um pouco desconfortável.
