We absolutely loved our stay here! The location was wonderful, very close to the Colosseum, which was around a 20-minute walk away, or just 5–7 minutes by bus. There are also two metro lines nearby, making it really easy to get around Rome.
The neighbourhood itself was lovely and quiet, and we found a few wonderful, authentic cafés and restaurants nearby. We were often the only foreigners there, which gave us a much more local experience while still being so close to all the main tourist attractions.
The flat itself was beautiful and had everything we needed. You can really see that it has been put together with taste and great attention to detail. We loved all the thoughtful decorations and little touches throughout the apartment. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was a real bonus.
And Sarah was an amazing host. She was incredibly responsive, helpful and kind throughout our stay. When the iron unfortunately broke, she made sure a new one was delivered as quickly as possible. She also recommended lots of lovely places for us to eat, which we really appreciated.
Unfortunately, I became quite unwell towards the end of our stay and had to go to hospital. Sarah went completely out of her way to help us, even arranging a taxi when Uber wasn’t working and checking in on us late at night while we were at the hospital. Her kindness and genuine care really meant a lot to us during a stressful situation.
We would absolutely recommend this place and would happily stay here again. A beautiful flat, fantastic location, and a truly wonderful host!
The only minor downside during our stay was that there was some renovation work going on in the building. Nothing major, but on some mornings the workers started just after 8am, so there was a little noise.
That said, it really didn’t bother us much as we usually got up around that time anyway to go out and explore, and I slept with earplugs. At night, the building was quiet and we had no problems sleeping.

行程安排原因，只住了一天，但体验超出了预期。服务很周到，提前就详细告知了入住的细节，当天还担心我们遇到困难，关心我们是否成功入住。位置很好，离地铁不远，附近有超市。房间设施完备，有洗衣机，我们带了两个孩子，所以还帮我们准备好了沙发床。
没有不满意的地方，下次有机会要多住几天。

A very unique and very well presented property with all the facilities. Anyone could require an a fantastic host in a great location. Communication with the host was excellent.
