Located on the first floor, the apartment combines a separate double bedroom, two sofa beds in the living area, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, and a bathtub, offering flexible layouts for vacations and longer stays. The bedroom features a king-size bed, wardrobe, air conditioning, and linens provided. It is a quiet space with an ensuite bathroom; this second bathroom does not have a shower. The large open space features two sofa beds, a Smart TV, a dining table, Wi-Fi, and plenty of natural light. The white kitchen is fully equipped and fully usable, with a refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, dishes, and utensils. A washing machine makes the apartment practical for families and longer stays. Air conditioning and double glazing ensure comfort and tranquility. An elevator is available. There is no private outdoor space. Buses connect to Termini Station, the Colosseum, the Spanish Steps, the Vatican, and other areas. You'll receive all the details via Vrbo and WhatsApp the day before your arrival.
