Terrorific

I only liked the location

I arrived sooner than initially expected and I asked if I could enter before the check-in time but no response was given, so I had to wait and that is okay. But while I was waiting outside I have to called them like 3 times because I hadn’t received the check-in instructions so I was dealing with 34°, with all my personal belongings and have to wait 1 hour more than the initial check-in time. The reason? My room wasn’t clean, so when I arrived I have to wait until the cleaning department finished their duty. Due to that, when I entered the room the blanket and floor of course were wet and NOT a single “sorry for the inconvenience” was said. You dont have privacy because you have a window that points to the kitchen and terrace and you dont have NOTHING to cover. I had ants in my room and there were cockroaches in the bathroom! Very, very disgusting. In addition the last day in the second floor I suppose they were building a hotel or something because the noise doesn’t allowed me to sleep. This is crazy but , due to the humidity of the room the sensors of my iPhone COLLAPSED, I will add an image. In conclusion, I would never recommend this apartment, it has been the worst experience ever.
