The check-in instructions were clear and the check-in process itself was smooth. The room was clean, spacious enough for two people, and comfortable for a one-night stay.
The location is excellent if your main priority is being close to the beach. The apartment is located right in Praia de Faro, with the beach within very easy walking distance.
The biggest issue was the address. On the small strip of land where Praia de Faro is located, there are apparently two different properties with the same address: 25 Avenida Nascente. Since Booking.com does not allow hosts to share a precise location pin in the chat, we ordered a taxi and were taken to the wrong property.
This was particularly problematic because it was already around midnight. We tried to order another taxi, but there were no taxis available or willing to come from Faro city just to take us there. We eventually had to walk for about 25 minutes with our luggage to reach the correct address, which was on the opposite side of the street.
Fortunately, a local resident was able to tell us where the Blife Faya private apartment was located. The property has several houses/apartments close to the beach, and ours was next to Havana Club.
Important warning for future guests: double-check the exact location of your accommodation before arriving, especially if you are coming late at night.
One other thing to note is that there is one bathroom shared by multiple rooms, and the hot water appears to come from an electric water heater. When two or three people take showers around the same time, there may not be enough hot water left for the next person. If you are staying here, it may be best to shower earlier in the morning before the other guests.
Overall, we stayed for one night and found it perfectly adequate for a short stay. However, based on our experience, I would not recommend it for a longer stay, particularly if you value having a private bathroom and a more convenient arrival experience.

Absolutely fantastic location!
View from my window in the double room was stunning
Very easy to find after marking the address in maps with a pin (not the name the actual address) & looking on street view so I knew exactly what the property looked like! In fact, the ferry boat from the city dropped off right near the house & only cost €2:40
Loved everything
but I would just say be very careful with children as the windows open fully on the upper floor

Location brilliant. Everything was very clean. Great value for money. Easy to find. All amenities worked great. Organized. Ok for a couple of nights.
No A/C, only fan, the fan is NOT quiet! Shared toilet floods the bathroom floor everytime someone showered, some guests clean after themselves, some don't so it would be like that until the cleaner arrived the following day. The second night was ok but the first night electricity kept going down and you need to reset the power switch in the fusebox outside. No wi-fi! Also the outside door it's always open (no problem, very safe) because the key they expressly say can't be moved from the lock box was missing, so there's a stone to keep that door open, some other guest moved the rock, we had to knock on the door at midnight when we came back from town after dinner and drinks. If none of the guests would have woke, we couldn't access the property!
