scary people in the facilities

drugs on the window knifes on the roof top loads of noise when we try to sleep left at 4 AM no breakfast

Convenient, comfortable, ideal for Faro airport.

Room was extremely spacious for family of 5. Hot water, tv, kitchenette, couch, kitchen table and chairs. If the furniture was removed, it could be a dance studio. Great location for early morning flight from Faro. Off street parking available outside the door - across the road.

Microwave didn't work - however, there was a working one in the shared kitchenette. Mattresses fairly thin so not the best rest - but was ok for one night. Advised a key to main door would be provided on the room key - it was not provided. As we only stayed one night - this did not affect out stay. We didn't stay long enough to mention the microwave, key or mattresses!

The personal I call them to fix the air condition but they don’t want to come. The toilet without door the cleaning is bad. No shampoo or shower gel very bad Soundproofing from the street and from other gusts.

Overnight Stay following late flight to Faro

Close to the airport, good communication from staff, easy access during unsociable arrival time, very clean with great basic facilites in the room and all we needed for an overnight stay after arriving late at Faro airport.

Nothing - everything was as described and met our needs perfectly
