Nice cottage, poor maintenance, bad communication landlord

Location, location, location

Not clean on arrival, pool dirty, no internet-connection, code entrance not the right one, contact with owner/ intermediair far below level we usually see. One POSITIVE THING was the man we met when we left Coopers Cottage; The cleaning guy. HE WAS NICE, HELPFUL, COOPERATIVE, PROFESSIONAL APPROACH AND THANKS TO HIM OUR REVIEW IS MORE POSITIVE THAN WITHOUT HIM. So owner(s) : WAKE UP AND IMPROVE YOUR ( Not very professional) ATTITUDE. The price/ quality ratio was certainly NOT what it should have been. And THNX AGAIN for the man who SAVED this review. We MIGHT come back if the owner DOES improve the here mentiond things!! Should not be THAT difficult. Regards, K. Grondsma
