Very cosy and comfortable hotel with very friendly staf. The manager is approachable for any request. Breakfast is delicious! Me and my family are delighted.

Posizione della struttura molto pratica, a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro, colazione scelta la sera prima e preparata al momento la mattina. Tuan è sempre disponibile tramite messaggi whatsapp!

Location and water pressure. If you just need a space to sleep is okay. Just the pictures sometimes can be misleading so I’ll just mention a few things:
-The swimming pool is very small and facing the street so no privacy if you want a place to enjoy the pool consider this.
-The room when I booked said “ city view” but the view was towards the backyard which was full of chickens which they can make a lot of noise and at 5am the roasters were singing
-First day arriving to Hoi An was rainy so was quite a bit of mud on the streets and my pants they got dirty, I requested the laundry service which was 45k dongs, they were white with little black stripes. The owner is and was quite nice and he even texted me about it saying that they were trying the best to clean it and that was not perfect but they tried the best, send me a video that I could barely see what’s going on but I didn’t pay much attention to it to be honest when I got to the hotel I paid and he mention again that they tried they best and I smile and thanked them. What he failed to mention was that even though they tried they best they ruined it completely, they used bleach so the black stripes were red and it wasn’t white anymore was full of new stains on top because of the bleach… anyway, he could have just be honest and tell me, accidents happen but he was so quickly taking the money and not mention and that is what I didn’t like. Anyway I didn’t see him again as i had my flight out next morning but maybe next time just be more upfront about it…
