Great area, the number of inside stairs to the apartment and noise were tedious.

The apartment was in a good location for me. I previously stayed at the other end of Lisboa and was pleased to explore a different area.

The apartment was clean. It was however quite difficult for my partner and I as we are both tall people and majority of the apartment has very low sloping ceilings…..so lots of head bumps. We are pretty fit and healthy but found the 72 steps from inside the front door to the apartment door a little tedious after a big day/night out. The neighbours were quite noisy during the night, both talking and music.

New studio in old building

The apartment is being renovated so is new. It is in a good location for the flea market.

There are stairs from the lift that would be hard for elderly or disabled guests. The apartment would benefit from some written information such as how to use washing machine, WiFi code etc

Ok for the Price but room for improvement’s!

Location and views was perfect

Upon my arrival at 3:00 PM, I noticed several issues: • The toilet seat is loose. • The bathroom roof window can be opened but cannot stay open. • There are no shelves in the bathroom for toiletries. • The handle on the large living room window is loose. • The fridge had not been emptied after the previous guest. • The window blind is broken. • There was no tea towel provided for drying dishes. • There is no toilet roll holder. I reported these issues immediately upon arrival, but I did not receive a response until 1:00 AM, which only contained instructions about check-out for the following day. I find this level of maintenance and service unacceptable

Alfama Studio

The location was great.

The elevator only went up to the 3rd floor and we had to walk up a flight of stairs. This was challenging when carrying groceries. The elevator was not always in service due to guests/ tenants not closing the door behind. The place had only one elevator. The room ceiling was at an angle so if you are over 5ft 7 inches it was challenging to get around. It got very noisy in the morning, you could hear doors slamming and the elevator door slamming as well. The third floor light bulbs were out and at night you had to climb stairs in the dark. The apartment needed dusting. Dust on top of the microwave and underneath the bed. The previous tenant did not empty the trash or recycle their containers and they were left underneath the sink. The property manager asked that we empty our trash out and recycle our bottles before departure. We are on vacation' seriously empty our trash? You think that the cleaning crew would do this. The apartment does not have a balcony so we could not enjoy a glass of wine outdoors unless we went to a local bar or restaurant. The apartment did not supply shampoo or shower gel, so bring your own. There is a leak in one of the skylights, my husbands jacket got wet due to the rain coming through a broken seal. This is our 5th time to Portugal, unfortunately this particular stay we rated as a 6.5.

Posizione centrale ...buona la pulizia...

Manca oscurante in camera .. essendo un sottotetto alle 6 già c'è il sole sul letto .. impossibile dormire oltre

Extremamente limpa e bem cuidada.
