This was the second time we had visited this property. We had actually booked a twin but it turned out to be a double. However, this was not a deal breaker as the other aspects of the room made up for it - I particularly liked the rocking chair! The bed was very comfortable and there was an easy chair for each of us. There was plenty of tea/coffee/chocolate making facilities. The ensuite was a good size and a variety of toiletries had been provided. A variety of items at breakfast and the cooked element was done to order. The staff at breakfast were very friendly and efficient. Also plenty of off street parking.
Unfortunately you can hear intermittently the people in the room above moving around.

Nice location on the farm. Room and bathroom were spacious. Room was nicely decorated with pictures and nice ornaments. Kettle tea etc and biscuits provided plus 2bottles of water. Fresh milk could be taken from the fridge in the entrance hall. Entrance had interesting collection of ornaments. I liked it. Breakfast was great and made to order served by chatty staff. Think it was an old house as floorboards creaked when someone walked upstairs.

Location was great for our needs as we were attending a party near by. Breakfast was lovely and they catered for my needs as a ceoliac. Staff very polite and helpful.
Room was on the ground floor and was not private. The houses opposite could see right in the room. We needed to close the curtains. The room was very tired which in itself may not be so bad but it wasn't very clean. There was dust, cobwebs, mould and rust in the bathroom. The radiators weren't working and we had a small plug in heater. The water was barely hot enough for a shower in the evening. We had not water in the morning. When we mentioned this to staff we were told next day that the boiler was problematic.
