Fines could be imposed on traveling guests. - Fine for large gatherings or parties (anything reported by neighbors or other guests) = $500 fine. - This is monitored via a Ring doorbell camera on the property. - We have provided all you need to cook in the unit. Please open the windows when cooking for ventilation purposes. - Please have accurate amount of guests staying in the unit and abide by max occupancy. ☕ We provide a "Starter Pack" of toilet paper and paper towels. For longer stays (3 or more days), please expect a possibility of supplementing these items on your own. ❌ By booking this Airbnb, you agree that at any time a house rule is broken, the reservation is forfeited and there is no refund. - There is a mini-split AC in the bedroom and a portable AC for the kitchen to help with the hot AZ heat. The Airbnb and for heat there are two portable heaters (one in the kitchen and one for the bedroom). - There is no working dishwasher in the unit since we do mostly short term stays and have reflected our night price for this.
