Located in Devils Lake, this charming house for $611 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Honey Cove - Meredith Lodging Drive up a quiet residential side street and a circular drive, artful landscaping, and the gracious golden sweep of Honey Cove will greet you. This impressive traditional home is cleverly designed to make your time at the beach extra special. With five bedrooms, plus a private suite in the carriage house, fantastic gathering spaces, and sweet amenities, Honey Cove is ideal for sharing with multiple families. The home opens to a pretty kitchen that will please even a gourmet cook: a large gas stove, a double oven, a commercial refrigerator, and stainless-steel appliances set the stage for a feast. The sunny, glorious dining room, surrounded by floor-to-ceiling paned windows with a giant chandelier in the center, is the perfect setting. A clubby, paneled living room with an elegant, coved ceiling has a gas fireplace and large TV, plus leather recliners and a contemporary sofa for lounging. Up a short staircase, you’ll reach the romantic king suite, sunny, and inviting with a full bath. Next door is a sweet double twin room with a gas fireplace and windows on three sides for charm and light. At the other end of the home, two sweet double bedrooms are elevated by a half-staircase. A sunny queen bedroom with a TV/DVD sits across from a charming game room with an upscale card table and club chairs for serious games of bridge and poker. Outdoors, you’ll enjoy ocean views and the sound of surf through the trees of the partially fenced property from a central brick patio with wooden Adirondack chairs. A glassed-in dining table and a barbecue for the patio widen your dining options, regardless of the weather. A large hot tub invites you to an evening soak; the lower yard encircles the house for a terrific play space for the kids. They’ll also gravitate to the lower floor of the carriage house, which has a pool table and air hockey table. Upstairs, a bright, queen bedroom suite includes a kitchen, living room, TV and dining space, great for friends who prefer a little more privacy. You’ll be a couple of blocks to the beach, and a long walk or easy drive to the Chinook Winds Casino, Connie Hansen Garden, coffee, dining, and shopping. All the delights of Lincoln City are minutes away.
