Pros: Amazing ocean views, hot tub on patio, walking distance to beach, spacious rooms, comfortable beds and clean
Cons: No AC, Lots of stairs to beach access, if you have a room with a hot tub you can hear the generator run all throughout the night, limited parking

Wonderful location. View from the room was spectacular. Hot tub and chairs on the deck were so great to just relax and enjoy.
The room was very tight. We did not get the large room that was pictured on the reservation, but since they were sold out and it was such a great view we just worked with it. The sink is very tall and the microwave takes all the counter space, but you do have a nice spot below to stow your things. The only place to sit comfortably was on the bed as we were expecting a couch as pictured. The room got very hot at night which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. The shower didn’t have anything at the bottom of the glass, so the floor got soaked with water with every shower and you had to waste a towel along with the bath mat to soup it up. Though it sounds like a lot-it didn’t spoil the stay

Easy to locate
Very small Rooms do not face ocean. So you get side views of roof next door and other hotels. Only rooms on corners have full view. This is not described on post.
