Enjoyable view and access to the beach and ocean, comfortable bed, and clean room.

I enjoyed the view of the beach and being able to walk out the sliding glass doors to sit on my little patio to watch the ocean.

The size of the room was really small and not at all what I was expecting for the money.

Our room was on the bottom floor end of hallway Across the hall was the employee lunchroom and next to that was an open door laundry room both noisy and some had there kids screaming and crying in the hallway. It was 90 degrees and they had no air conditioning just a box fan but it said on some sights that they have air conditioning The view was beautiful but if we wanted to sit on our patio we could see every other guests outside too and the room next to us the man chair was about 2 feet from me so in the evening I didn't feel comfortable going out there didnt feel safe. The room was also the smallest hotel room we have ever stayed in. $265 for one night we feel ripped off and we have been traveling for over 35 years won't be back

The view of the ocean is amazing. Easy access to the beach, especially if you are on the first floor. They have chairs and a table outside to sit, relax and enjoy.

The hotel needs a major renovation. It is outdated and they are relying on the view of the beach to sell their stay.

Exceptional

The staff was a breath of fresh air. Super friendly and the room was clean, the view was spectacular. We really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back soon.

Disappointing

Because of the view a very good location.

Lobby on level 2nd floor. No elevator to 1st (ground) floor. The complementary breakfast is, compared to other hotels I've stayed, of low quality. In the range 1..10 a 4. Not enough space to consume breakfast in the lobby. You have to take an instable tray, loaded with breakfast items, down to your room. Internet was filtered. Couldn't stream Dutch public radio broadcast.

What breakfast ? They should not advertise free breakfast. I went to get a coffee and you would have thought I was robbing the place . Besides I couldn’t get any coffee. Breakfast was the only negative .

Superb

Loved the view, the location, the steps down had a faucet at the top to rinse off at as well as a heated pool.

Hard to pin point anything there, i guess the only issue is we discovered the room phone was not working but they immediately repaired it.

Nice weather at the beach - wish we would have stayed somewhere else!

Stairs due to handicap - Size of room was way too small! We had stayed here before and the room was upstairs and they had an elevator and the room had a fireplace and was very nice. This time we paid approximately the same price for a room so small you could hardly move around in it and the stairs were much longer than we thought they would be! My wife actually went to get some water from the vending machine using our credit card and it took our money but didn't get her water ($1.85) and when she called the front desk she was told there is nothing they could do about it because it was provided by a separate company and she should call the number on the machine (which did no good) - I can think of no way easier to piss a visitor off than to let them use a machine on your property and then tell them you have no control over it and you need to spend your time chasing down a phone number for a $1.85 water but make sure you pay the $550 rent for two nights! Never again for us.

Exceptional

Our room was excellent: fireplace, a balcony overlooking the beach, a separate bedroom. And the location, being off the main road made the property nice and quiet too. We just loved it and wish we could've spent more time here!
