Eigentlich alles. Die Kommunikation mit Max war gut und freundlich.
Die Wohnung liegt in der 3.Etage, perfekt durch den Aufzug zu erreichen Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es gibt einen tollen großen Balkon auf dem wir viel Zeit verbracht haben.
Der angrenzende, nicht leicht zu findende Pool war auch super. Aufgrund des Klimas allerdings Kunstrasen drumherum und nur für Schwimmer geeignet.
Ganz wichtig auch Parkplatz durch ein automatisch schließendes Tor zu erreichen
Die Strandpromenade war gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Wir kommen gerne wieder !
Da wir viel Zeit auf dem großen Balkon verbracht haben hätten wir uns auf Dauer etwas gemütlichere Stühle oder Liegen gewünscht.
Auch da war Max sehr offen für. 😊

L, appartement est super Bien placé,bien orienté la terrasse à l'ombre pour manger a 13 h00.Pas de vis a vis.A 5 mn des plages et des restaurants. Parking fermé.Le calme du quartier et de l'appartement .Pas de bar ou de musique aux alentours.
La propreté et le confort de l'appartement.
Quelques accessoires a améliorer ..cafetiére et dessous de plat .Pas grave.

Es un piso muy grande
La camas son viejas y le falta un poco de mate mantenimiento
Son las únicas pegas pero sobre todo la cama de matrimonio es la única pega .

Appartement très calme, nous étions au début du mois de juin. Tout était très propre et confortable et l'hôte très disponible ! Superbe localisation, accès à la piscine, places où se garer, il y avait tout ce qu'il faut dans la cuisine..
Peut être qu'en juillet - aoùt il peut faire chaud dans les chambres car la clim est dans le salon mais pas dans les chambres, mais il y a des ventilateurs au plafond et mobile.
