- The location is very convenient. Metro close by as well as good access to Vatican City, St. Peter... many options for restaurants, breakfast or snacks around the flat. The building is old but charming.
- the host allowed us to bring our bags before check-in time and reacted quickly when we had questions or issues in the flat
- The flat was not properly clean: a lot of dust around, the dining table plastic cloth was dirty, one of the towels was heavily stained (washed but still...)
- The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable because of an overused mattress
- there was no mattress cover - only one bedsheet on the mattress but it would move easily from its position so that we ended up directly on the mattress
- 2 doors were defective: good thing is that they sent someone to quickly fix the bathroom door as we could not open it anymore from inside
- courtesy set of soap was missing but they quickly reacted when we asked and we received it
