The location is fine, though due to the size of the town this could be relevant for almost any of the Aguas Calientes hotels. The personnel was promptive, no reasons to claim on, really. On the contrary, upon arrival they immediately explained where the two terminals are located to get to Machu Picchu depending on the bus company.
On the PC, Internet worked one day, but it failed on the other (I had a 2-night stay), though on the phone it worked all days. This normally happens when the hotel router is improperly configured. Also, there was no toilet paper in my room upon arrival, so I had to request it. Another dislike for a drastically small number of hangers: only two! This is fairly insufficient for such a humid environment where one has to have his/her clothes dried.
