We had a wonderful stay. The location is excellent, with beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. The three swimming pools are a fantastic bonus, and the large terrace provided plenty of space to relax. The apartment is fully air-conditioned, which made a big difference during the hot weather. The community is quiet and respectful, and the living room and furnishings were comfortable and well looked after. We would happily return.
The guest toilet shower is very small, and on some days there was an unpleasant smell, which appeared to be a communal building issue rather than a problem with the apartment itself. The nearby beach often had a significant amount of seaweed due to local environmental policies, although this is obviously outside the owner's control. There is no garage or private parking available.
We were also surprised that no basic welcome supplies were provided, such as soap, dishwasher tablets, cooking oil, sugar, or salt. Finally, access to the lift requires navigating three steps at the entrance of the building, which was inconvenient when using a baby buggy and could make access difficult or impossible for some people with reduced mobility.

Vue du balcon sur la mer, situation géographique, transats à disposition et accès facile à la mer.
Dans l'une des sdb, la douche déborde (porte ne ferme pas), la porte grince et il n'y a pas de poubelle. Pas de porte-savon dans les 2 douches: pénible (voire dangereux) pour les personnes âgées. Pas de papier toilette de rechange. Chambre à 2 lits: prévu pour des enfants (étroits, mal au dos), pas pour des adultes (nous étions 3), et un des lits grince! La clé de la porte de l'immeuble était très difficile à manier et nous pouvions passer jusqu'à 5 minutes à essayer d'ouvrier la porte, sous le soleil. Quelques casseroles en téflon étaient rayées. Davantage de tasses à café/thé auraient été appréciées. Présence d'ouvriers le dernier jour et le matin du départ, autour du balcon de la chambre: un avertissement aurait été apprécié. Chaînes de télévision uniquement espagnoles.
