The location is perfect! Apart from the noise from outside at night, to be honest, it did NOT bother us (we knew since its central road). But great location, really easy to move around. The metro is there, coffee shop and mini market really close. The property was clean, apart the terrace and the owner was really helpful with anything. If we come again, we will definitely book it again.
Note that there is a law regarding air conditioning. We had a fan that thankfully it did its job.

Paolo is so super friendly and helpful - he explained everything clearly, sent great recommendations and was always available if we need anything. The apartment is in a great location, very close to the metro and shops and about 20-minute walk to the Colosseum.
The apartment was quite cold without heating in the living room so if you are staying during the colder months that is definitely a downside. Also, the sound insulation isn’t the best so you can hear the noise from outside and the power outlets in the bedroom are in very poor condition making it risky to plug anything in.
