Pietro was very nice and accommodating. our flight was a little late but he still waited and handed us the keys and showed us around.
Pietro was amazing always a watsapp message away- he gave us loads of suggestions to eat and see, the coffee bar downstairs were also amazing, you can order your breakfast upstairs, downstairs or as a take out.
The apartment was amazing had air con (which was needed as it was nearly 40deg outside), was clean and had all the amenities which you needed. I think what was also important that the apartment was in a safe area, i was traveling with my children (12 & 8yrs old) we felt safe going out and coming back late at night. There is a metro and taxi stop nearby aswell.

El edificio donde está ubicado el apartamento está a una cuadra de la estación del metro. El dueño de un café que facilita el desayuno es muy servicial y amable (Milan). El apartamento es cómodo para hasta 4 personas con 3 unidades de AC. Pantallas empotradas los cielos y una decoración general moderna y agradable. Sin duda volvería y altamente recomedado.
Que Roma en el verano no fuera tan caliente!!!!!! En el apartamento no hay ninguna observación negativa.

Alojamiento limpio.
Chica que atiende en el desayuno lo mejor.
- Nada más llegar nos cobraron 50 euros extra por llegar por la noche. Acto que no estaba informado en las condiciones de reserva y contratación. Además tuvimos que pagar en efectivo. Este cobro sin previo aviso e información es ilegal.
- el alojamiento se oferta para 3 personas pero que no os engañen. Es para 2.
El sofá que se supone que es “la otra cama” para la tercera persona es literalmente una tablilla sin grosor y sin largura donde te clavas todo tipo de madera. Horrible. No dormí en 4 noches. Ni me imagino si va una persona mayor o con problemas de espalda. Esto debería estar controlado por booking.com.
