We stayed for 4 days as a family of 5, and our experience was excellent from start to finish. José was extremely helpful, he welcomed us at check-in, even at 10pm, gave us a full tour of the property, and offered great recommendations for attractions, places to eat, and transport options.
The property itself is in an excellent location, less than 5 minutes from the Tram 28 stop and within walking distance of Lisbon's city center.
The apartment is beautifully kept and offers all the comforts of a hotel. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches — complimentary Pastel de nata (Lisbon's famous pastry), a bottle of mineral water for each guest, and a welcome drink. All rooms have air conditioning, and the living and dining areas have a smart TV, which was very convenient. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, a coffee machine with pods, and a selection of teas.
We cannot fault anything about our stay, the service and facilities were outstanding, and we'd happily return.

Het is een prachtig, ruim, slank, vintage en modern huis met veel verschillende kamers. Wij houden daarvan. 2 kamers met een tweepersoonsbed (al is 1 wel een twijfelaar en eigenlijk net te klein voor 2 wat grotere volwassenen) en nog een kamer met 1 bed. Er is bij 1 kamer nog een extra gedeelte met ledikant.
Overal in het huis is airco en wifi. De douche is goed, al valt de druk weg als je andere kranen op hetzelfde moment gebruikt.
Verder is er een wasmachine (inclusief droger) en een vaatwasser. Uiteraard een koelkast en je kunt er evt. koken. Niet perse nodig, want in de omgeving zitten fantastische tentjes en leuke winkeltjes. Je zit inderdaad echt aan de tramlijn, en dat hoor je vooral als je de deuren of ramen open hebt. Er is ook vlakbij een soort wijnbar, maar eerlijk gezegd heb je er weinig last van. Het is een stad, wij hadden er geen last van omdat het goed geïsoleerd is.
Fantastische host, José. Hij geeft tips voor de omgeving,, legt het huis uit, is altijd beschikbaar en zeer vriendelijk. Waren door een stoeltje gezakt en eerste dat hij vroeg was hoe het met de persoon in kwestie ging. Uiteraard, omdat we er niets aan konden doen, hoefden we het ook niet te vergoeden. Toppunt van klantvriendelijkheid.
Eigenlijk niets, maar de dingen om op te letten zijn dat het niet perse een 'vriendelijke' plek is als je slecht ter been bent. Je moet een klein stukje omhoog, en dan is er een grote opstap. Er is ook geen lift.
Ander puntje van aandacht, ook doorgegeven aan José, is dat de badkamer aan het einde van de keuken is. In de keuken is een klein raampje waar niets voor hangt. Als je in de nacht bijvoorbeeld naar de wc moet, zien de overburen je lopen.

Jose and Ana were amazing. They welcomed us, made sure our stay was going well, and above all the property is great. If you are looking for an area that is away from the nightmare tourist areas, but still is very close to great cafes, restos, and adjacent to major tourist attractions this checks all the boxes.
