Nice clean apartment with plenty of room to stretch out in the evenings and mornings.

For the price of a nice hotel room, we got a full kitchen, dinning area, living room and large bathroom with walk-in shower. Add to that a patio with outdoor table and chairs, so one could enjoy morning coffee outside if the weather cooperated. Parking was provide in a secured lot that was about a 5 minute walk.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

Walking distance to many amenities in Ribeira Grande, a nice town.

Very modern and nicely appointed apartment. The property itself was superior except for the patio, which was below ground level and thus not very appealing. Quiet except you could hear the thumping about of the upstairs tenants, but fortunately, not very late. The parking for the property was off-street in a secure lot. It was about four blocks away, not a big problem for us, but anyone with mobility issues would want to think twice about it.

We requested early entry weeks in advance, arriving at 10 am after a red-eye flight. No one said we couldn't arrive early, and since we were sitting around outside the property by noon we KNEW it was unoccupied. Spoke to the property manager but had to wait until 3 pm anyway, supposedly because the unit wasn't cleaned yet. So, don't count on early entry. (On departure we were asked to state our time out, so that the cleaners could come in, before 10 am.) Curiously, no personal wash clothes, and no facial tissue. The front door sticks, could stand to be planed on the bottom.

We had the best stay at Xa Apartments !! Check-in was super easy and earlier than expected. Communication was always kind and anticipating. The apartment is GREAT with a lot of great features (kitchen, beach towels, washing machine, AC, even some kid toys) and a parking 5mn walking. The little terrasse is nice, the place is bright, super clean, super comfy in the middle of Ribeira Grande. We just LOVED it !!

Eine wunderschöne, sehr moderne Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern, integrierter Küche und einem Waschraum in Ribeira Grande. Man fühlt sich unglaublich wohl darin. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Alles ist gut durchdacht und alles scheint am richtigen Platz zu sein. Die Lage ist ziemlich zentral. Ein Parkplatz ist nicht weit entfernt und der Zugang dafür ist mit dem Wohnungsschlüssel möglich . An der Straße direkt vor der Wohnung sind auch häufig welche frei.

Mir hat es an nichts gefehlt.
