Location is superb for someone like me who wants a quiet and close to nature village. The bath tub is deep and the shower is great
There's not enough collection(council?) bins for all the flats in the property...thus it overflows and not nice to see when guests arrive.I suggest the main bin area be transferred to the back of the property, next to the river...not at the entrance of the property.

It was spacious, clean and comfortable. Great location close to the coast for walks along the Cleveland way. Leave the car and catch the bus to Whitby.
Outside on the front parking area(shared area) feels un loved and would benefit from a regular clean up.

The location couldn't be better, apartment comes with a parking space which is great as a lot of the streets are permit only. Bed was comfortable, very spacious.
All in all, while it suited our needs I will not stop here again
Purpose built block, very thin walls, being on ground floor we could here every move our neighbours made, not very welcome at 6am when you're on holiday!
Towels are thin from IKEA, had I known I would have taken our own.
I would say the second bed is only fit for a child and note should be made that it is like a cabin bed so would need to be an older child who would not roll out of bed.
While the break was not to watch TV, it would have been nice to relax with a movie after our day walking, unless you have netflix or Amazon or willing to sign into BBC I player there is no use for it
