About this house rental
Just reduced 20% until the holidays, book today! Gorgeous, updated and clean home located 2 BLOCKS away from Lake Como beach and 5 minutes to downtown Lake Geneva! Beautiful outdoor hot tub under the clear winter skies. 3 fireplaces! Gorgeous decorations for the holidays thru mid January. Several restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance, many have live music. Come visit us and feel like you are home for the holidays.
Inside you will find a modern and spacious family room with vaulted ceilings, gas fireplace, multiple Smart TVs and a large stocked kitchen. Also on the main level is a super fun game room with several video arcade games, poker table, bumper pool, wood burning fireplace and another TV! Many more family games, puzzles and art supplies are stocked in this cozy home away from home. There is another large family room in the finished basement with a 3rd TV and fireplace. There is so much space to gather and make life long memories in this house!
Outside you will find a beautiful fenced, private yard. There is a deck with a gas grill and dining table. Just a few steps off the deck is a hot tub, with a clear view of the stars!
Well-appointed inside with updated bathrooms and bedrooms, professionally designed. This four bedroom, 3.5 bath home sits on the last street in the neighborhood on a secluded, tree-lined lot. The Como area of Lake Geneva is busy and the place to be in the summer, but you will still feel tucked away here while still being close to everything. High-quality, beds and bedding provided
*Parking available for a maximum of 4 vehicles. Street parking is not permitted.
*Please note: For the safety of our guests, there are outdoor cameras installed on the front entrance to the home as well as the backyard. This is for safety purposes, absolutely no cameras inside.
*Our garage was hit during the summer storms and badly damaged. The house inside is the same, there was one room that also had some water damage but it is not in this listing and has been cleared. The basement bedroom, living room, bathroom are all unaffected. Unfortunately insurance and multiple contractor can not agree on the proper fix/cost for the garage and this fix is delayed but will be repaired as soon as possible.

So great! We loved the house, how close it is to the lake, the amenities and the funny glasses/coasters. We stayed during Dragon Days and played D&D in the house.

Great property tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Lake Geneva. Plenty of space for a group of people to celebrate and easy to get to the downtown area!!
