Finding the key pad was pretty easy. It worked well. I am always nervous about having a keypad instead of a key, but this one worked well and so it was very easy to access the property throughout the stay. Parking can be a bit of a challenge. Parking in front of the building is free, and generally accessable from 2-5 pm, We took advantage of that for unloading our bags. This location was ideal for visiting Rivarolo. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and the roads in and out of town are are easy and accessable.
There is nothing that can be done about the access for this unit, but the outdoor stairs leading to the unit are steep. Also, the bedroom is up another floor, and those steps are steep and narrow as well. As noted in other reviews, this is not a property for moibility challenged individuals. We are 71 and 67 years old, and this was not a problem for us, just think about it for older and less mobile individuals.

Ottima posizione, bellissimo alloggio pulito e ben organizzato. Macchinetta del caffè con cialde, biscotti e muffin gratis. Veramente una coccola gradita.
