Staff are just amazing
The room had a heater option available for an additional charge, which we paid for, but the heater was not provided/available as expected. I only came to know about the cold weather in Nuwara Eliya through a friend, but the hotel should consider the local climate and make sure heating facilities are available, especially since it can get quite cold there. Guests should be informed clearly about this option and provided with the heater when they have paid for it

És una casa molt agradable i el perdonal molt atent. Varem arribar tard al vespre i ens van rebre amb un somriure.El menjar és molt bo i generós.Està envoltat d’horts i molt ben cuidats.
Els llits dobles són un xic petits. I l’accés podria millorar.
