ohne Worte!

Waren nur eine Nacht dort. Das Zimmer war feucht und das Hotel sehr hellhörig. Das hotel liegt nicht am See wie angegeben! Es ligt an der Strasse! Das Personal ist sehr bemüht um die Gäste. In der Nacht bellen Hunde und mann hat das gefühl sie im Zimmer zu haben.

Das Zimmer war feucht, das Bett auch!! Sehr hellhörig!

Amazing location with luxurious rooms, friendly staff, good foods and pleasant stay.

Rooms are very comfortable new and modern appliances are installed. Really good food staff and the location is amazing. Highly recommended for anyone. Rooms are extremely luxurious.

Simply there are nothing bad. Everything is more than expected and worth far more than the price.

Very good

The staff was super helpful and welcoming. They prepared us an amazing breakfast and sandwiches to go at 5 am, because we were leaving early to Hortons planes. The room was good, especially given the reasonable price.

The host is a real nice person, the staff are all helpful and kind The room was of a good size with a good view They made us a free of charge breakfast (a really good one) The location is good and u can easily take buses from the hotel to anywhere in a real cheap price

- It's cold up there and the room doesn't have AC, but they did provide us with extra clean and warm blankets. - The wifi signal is bad - They don't take visas, only cash - No elevator but they do carry your luggage 🧳 - The bed is old, it keeps making noise whenever u move so if ur sleeping next to someone except to wake up each time he moves

Great, beyond the expectations

Condition of the rooms and facilities are great. They were above the expectations. Location and view from the open area are best. Located by the hortain plain road. Friendly manager and staff. They provide whatever the required facilities. Newly built place with lots of modern options (lighting, security). They are at level of a 4 star hotel.

A quality stay

If you are looking for a place to relax well this is the perfect place to go for. Everything was in its best quality; cleanliness, facilities, friendly and polite staff, quick service were at its best! We ordered dinner and it was tasty and served with a proper set up at the room. A modern and comfortable setup with a spacious room. Worth the money.

The Most Ideal Stay when Traveling in Nuwara Eliya.

The room was perfect, clean, and satisfying. The room setup, all the amenities, lighting, and everything was modern and ensured the feeling of comfort and security altogether. The bed was perfectly comfortable for a wonderful goodnight's sleep. The room had a view overlooking the road and the farmlands located to the front of the hotel. Even though the view is not of the typical breathtaking ones you expect in a trip to Nuwara Eliya, this was good enough to give us a feeling of relaxation and calmness suggesting that the typical breathtaking views and being city-centered is not essentially the ideal relaxation. The bathroom was perfectly tidy and fitted with all new amenities that ensured the feeling of cleanliness at always. The hot water was available conveniently making the stay extra comfy. The host is friendly and full-on dedicated to ensuring the satisfaction of his guests even if it goes out of the hotel's area of service. For example. He went the extra mile to arrange us safe passage to the locations we were planning to visit, by arranging a trustworthy vehicle, ensuring that we only pay the right and reasonable amount to him and nothing more. And the rest of the staff was also one of the friendliest we've seen which made our stay an even more pleasant one. The small restaurant at the lobby of the hotel is perfect to enjoy a snack or your meal, and it has most of the snacks you'd expect to be in a Cafe. The food and beverage we had there was another happy addition to our stay there. The perfect location of the hotel being just a bit away from the city and on the roadside to the famous Horton Plains, Ambewela, and the luscious strawberry farms and stalls made it the best place ever to be when you plan to travel around, with convenient travel time to the city as well.
