A beautifully scenic property with an undisturbed lake view, just a short walk from the city centre. The rooms are cosy with heaters and hot water, making it very comfortable. The staff were genuinely supportive and welcoming throughout the stay.
Perfect for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway without being far from everything. Highly recommended and will definitely return.

Pleasant and hospitable staff. Great lake view, good location.
The hot water is too weak to supply even one person's shower, let alone to fill a bathtub. We have booked the top suite because it has the Jacuzzi bathtub. And to our immense disappointment, the hot water was too weak to heat up the bathtub and we ended up not using it at all. They have also posted notices saying if two persons were to take a shower, the other was supposed to wait like ten minutes before going in because the heaters are not sufficient. And for the first person who went in the shower, the hot water ran out even before he finished the body wash. So even after waiting like ten minutes, taking a shower felt like torture during the night since the water is running like six Celsius degrees. If they have to accommodate, well, they have to upgrade the heating system for the water.
Also, since our suite was at the top floor, at the early morning, the pigeons have been flocking all over the roof which is metal made by metal sheets making scratching noises overhead and disturbed our sleep. Since we went to sleep late, it disrupted our whole day. This is something the management would be need to seriously consider since the highest paying rooms are in the top floor.
Also not a major annoyance, but we found that three of the interior wall lights were not working, including the one at the washroom mirror. so we ended up having to use the chandeliers at the centre of the room, which is too bright for our preference.
If the management makes takes the necessary steps to fix these issues, this will be an amazing stay for anyone.
