Beautiful apartment close to city center

The apartment was close to both the train station and city center. It was spacious, with high ceilings, plenty of room, and in a quiet location. The bathroom had both a tub and shower, with plenty of hot water. The A/C worked, but we didn’t need it, as the weather turned cool. The kitchen was fully operational with a stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, and silverware. There was a king sized bed, and a wide sofa that an additional person could use for sleeping. The TV had Prime Video and Netflix if you know your code. The manager was very responsive to inquiries regarding places to eat, and recommended a city tour, which we took.

It is tricky to get into the apartment using the key. We had difficulty every time until we figured out there were two turns to lock, and two to unlock. The mattress on the bed is a bit hard, we didn’t find the coffee until the last day (it was in a cabinet over the microwave), and there was no cream. There was no map of the city, so we got one elsewhere.

The worst in the long time

Nothing. The experience was totally ruined by poor service, dirt and and general inadequacies.

It was very dirty. When I sent the picture to the staff - they said I am looking for the faults now. Apparently, it’s not customary to clean under the bed. The general floors were dirty as well (have an army crawling kid, the close was very bad from the floors). They provided the crib without the mattress, continued insisting it has a mattress even after I showed that comparable products offer/recommend add on purchases like mattress as no parent in his/hers right mind allow the kid to sleep in it like this. Moreover, they generally get it, as a advice was given to put a duvet inside. Which is a crazy advise for kids under one considering sids. But, apparently, this is how they handle the situation. ASAP invoice provision now takes 7 days)) because they can. And just piss off. All in all, just be safe from the place

The location was amazing.

9 / 10Outstanding·Oct 2026
