El apartamento moderno, cómodo y está muy bien en términos generales. Estaba bastante limpio y, además, dispone de plaza de parking en el propio edificio (hay también bastantes espacios de aparcamiento en la calle).
Es completo en cuanto a disponibilidad de toallas, champús, detergentes, elementos de cocina, etc. Disponer de lavadora y secadora resulta muy práctico.
Muy buena comunicación con la empresa anfitriona. Se agradece el detalle de bienvenida.
Está muy bien comunicado para moverte por la isla y a 5 minutos del aeropuerto. Tal vez algo alejado del centro de P. Delgada (25 minutos a pie), pero todo en recto. Hay un par de supermercados cercanos.
Se echa en falta lavavajillas (ganaría puntos) y, en su defecto, alguna rejilla para escurrir vajilla. No obstante, debido a la humedad del ambiente es necesario secado a mano con paño.
Algunos detalles requieren algo de mantenimiento (alguna ducha, suelos de tarima ligeramente hinchados o algún desperfecto en pintura). El edificio, en general, también necesita algo mas de cuidados exteriores debido a los efectos de la humedad ambiental.

Mooi en ruim appartement. Vragen werden snel beantwoord door de host.
In de buurt zijn ze volop aan het bouwen. Van het bijhorende geluid hadden we geen last, want bij de werkzaamheden waren we uithuizig.

Die Grösse, Nähe zum Flughafen
Die Wohnung ist sehr abgenutzt, teilweise Schimmel (bsp. feuchte Wände, Düsen des Whirlpools verdreckt). Ein Schlafzimmer ist laut da Autobahnnähe.
