Ubicación perfecta. A 5 minutos del lago y 5 del casco antiguo. Fácil para aparcar aunque de pago.
Cómodo, funcional y amplio. Limpieza correcta y edificio con encanto. Segundo piso con escaleras fáciles.

The apartment was walking distance from the train station and not too far from the main shopping/restaurant areas. We were able to drop our bags off in the room before the 3pm check in time which was appreciated.
The apartment itself is modern and comfortable but it's on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. Just so you know. We had to strategically take showers to not run out of hot water.

Location wise it was very good near the waterfront. The flat was also was very comfortable with nice bedroom, air conditioner, sofa cum bed, washing machine, good bathroom and kitchen with all equipments like gas, fridge, dish washer, oven, electric kettle etc.
Lift was not there so we had to drag our luggage upto the second floor. Secondly no basic items were kept in kitchen/fridge like water and some food items would have been helpful.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and in a good location
Although there was a dishwasher and washing machine, no detergent tablets were provided. There was also no iron or safety deposit box, and there was an unpleasant smell coming from one of the kitchen cabinets.
The biggest issue was the communication with the management. They acknowledged that there were several shortcomings and offered to refund part of the payment, which I accepted. However, they never responded again or followed up on the refund. This completely undermined my trust in the management and significantly affected my overall experience.
