Newly refurbished comfortable room in a very nice Victorian house and it looks like they will be adding EV chargers in the secure car park.
Breakfast was cake type things and instant porridge, not for me but don't let that put you off, plenty of tea and coffee though.

Room was clean and bed comfortable
Did not receive text giving access codes
on arrival had to stand in the street and call to gain access, nobody on site to assist very impersonal.
pictures are of rear giving a false impression only 5 parking spaces my room was room 11 so free parking was a bit chaotic.
no local info saying where to go for food
breakfast was a bit frugal not a set you up meal.
the place lacked any welcome from staff, room would have worked well in a convent it was so spartan
