Close to the seafront , friendly staff
There was a noisy extractor fan ( or some other machine) making a constant noise through the night, outside our bedroom at the back .

We expected the option to have a cooked breakfast but that option was not available so we felt the price for our stay should have reflected that.
The toilet seat was broken and there was a nasty looking stain on the carpet. Aside from this it was a nicely decorated room, good shower and the bed was very comfortable with nice clean bedding.
