The staff and the locals were very friendly and welcoming. The Oak Tree has a lot going on, e.g. local acts, karaoke and bingo. The Oak Tree is a great pub and it is well supported by local residents.
We stayed in the annex this time. The bedroom was great. The only issue was the bathroom was very small.

Lovely place- a great location for visiting Beamish and surrounding towns and villages . Really friendly staff and locals - would highly recommend if you are visiting this area.
