After a day of adventure on the lake, take advantage of the spacious outdoor living space with a private pool, and take in the sights on the large balcony. (Heated Pool and Hot Tub Heat Extra $) The Space: 5-bed | 4-bath | Two Kitchens | Large Bonus Room | 2,900 SqFt | Lake Views | *(Heated Pool and Hot Tub Heat Extra $) Located right in front of Cypress Park and only 2 miles of London Bridge and walking distance to most of downtown bars/restaurants. Upstairs: ROOM 1: One King Bed, Smart TV + En-suite Bathroom ROOM 2: One Queen Bed ROOM 3: One King Bed, Smart TV + En-suite Bathroom Additional Sleeping: Two Twin Rollaway Downstairs: ROOM 4: One Queen, Smart TV + Jack and Jill Bathroom ROOM 5: One Queen, Smart TV + Jack and Jill Bathroom DOWNSTAIRS LIVING SPACE: Two pull out Queen couches, Skee-Ball, Smart TV, Full Kitchen INDOOR LIVING: 7 smart TVs, air conditioning, ceiling fans, central heating, Washer/dryer OUTDOOR LIVING: Fenced-in backyard, propane grill(gas not provided), patio furniture. outdoor fire pit (wood not provided), The Hot tub is $50/day. For both pool & hot tub its $150/day. **Once you have been given access you'll be charged for the duration of your stay. KITCHEN: Fully equipped, stainless steel appliances, Keurig, coffee maker, Crock-Pot, spices GENERAL: Free WiFi, washer/dryer, linens/towels, laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner, pool towels PARKING: Driveway (4 cars), Garage (2 cars), two RV driveways on each side of the house, street parking available Guest Access: Locked cabinet in garage for cleanings supplies and locked closest downstairs for cleaning supplies The Neighborhood: London Bridge - 2 miles Safeway - 1.5 mile Flying X Saloon - 1 mile Cypress Park - 10 steps Getting Around: Lake Havasu has many taxi's along with Uber and Lift. Other Things to Note: The Hot tub is $50/day. For both pool & hot tub its $150/day; pool takes about 6 hours to heat. **Once you have been given access you'll be charged for the duration of your stay. Basic Rules: At our vacation rental, we like to provide our guests with some useful supplies as a starter pack, which you can use during your stay. You can find the complete instructions for most everything in our Welcome Book. Please also read the full house rules as well located on the listing page in “house rules” section in order to avoid any danger or deductions from your security deposit upon check-out.
