Personeel is zo lief, je voelt je meteen thuis. Locatie is top, midden op het eiland dus je kan alle kanten op. En het is zo schoon, je kan met je voetjes lopen en geen insecten en andere dingen.

Nous étions déjà venus l'an dernier et là surprise, l'hôtel a été entièrement rénové. Les chambres sont magnifiques. Le personnel est vraiment très gentil, nous avons eu l'occasion de discuter plusieurs fois avec eux. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. La piscine est vraiment agréable, il y a assez de bain de soleil et la végétation autour est superbe. Nous avons réservé les vélos par l'hôtel, c'est très pratique. L'emplacement est idéal, loin de l'agitation, mais proche de tout. Je reviendrai encore dans cet hôtel si je reviens en vacances aux Gilis.

The staff were super friendly and wanted to help with everything. Location is also good.
Needs improvement overall.
- The beds are not comfortable at all
- Cleaning needs to be done more extensively and more frequently (I had to remove a dead cockroach from our bathroom upon arrival for example)
- The breakfast is simple but fine (bowl of fruit, pancake or eggs and tea or coffee). Don't expect large portions of food.
- No possibilities for buying food or drinks (maybe in the future though)
