This was a nice clean apartment with a quiet convenient location. I would stay here again. There were 6 of us and we had lots of room here. No problems.

We enjoyed our one night stay in this apartment, very convenient to many attractions in Florence. The apartment was modern, clean and comfortable. It was on the third floor with no elevator so maybe not the best for travelers with mobility concerns. It was a little bit difficult to locate at first, because of some quirkiness with how GPS made the directions, but the check-in host was great at guiding us to the appropriate. We were a group of 5 adults - one couple and 3 others, so one person slept on the couch, which he said was comfortable. There is a very convenient luggage storage on the street which made it easy to work around the check-in and check out times along with our packed tour itinerary. We would definitely return to this property or another one managed by this group on future trips to Florence.

The toilet flush panel in one of the rooms broke after first flush. Couldn’t get it repaired til next day. Also, there was a sewage smell coming from it. Otherwise, the location, neatness (no clutter), and design were very good.
