About this house rental
Sunset Oasis was named for it's amazing views of the sunset. This fully remodeled spacious 2,700 sq. ft. 4 bedroom, 3 bath private heated pool home is on a peaceful canal with a dock that includes a kayak launch. The open living room offers breathtaking views of the canal and the Banana River, inviting you to kick back and enjoy your favorite movies, shows, or play board games and cards with the family. The downstairs Sunset Suite primary bedroom has panoramic views of the canal and a king size bed. Upstairs there is a cozy living space with a smart TV, two bedrooms, and another bathroom. Step out onto the upstairs balcony and take in the panoramic views, a perfect spot for sipping your morning coffee or unwinding with a glass of your favorite beverage in the evening. If you're in the mood for some adventure, you can take the two tandem top loading kayaks that are available out to explore the canal and Banana River. You may get a visit from the resident manatees and dolphins. With its central location just a few blocks from downtown Cocoa Beach, you'll have easy access to a variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. It's just a short walk to the nearby beach. Everything you need for an amazing beach day has been provided. The house is well stocked and our goal is for guests to only need to pack their clothes and personal items to come and enjoy their stay. Everything about this house has been beautifully decorated and thoughtfully designed to maximize the views. The first floor of the home and even the heated salt water pool is ADA accessible. While everything has been updated inside and out, this amazing home still maintains it's original mid-century modern character with beautiful terrazzo floors and a Space Race Era photo gallery in the upstairs living room. Sunset Oasis is located, designed, and has all the amenities to provide the ultimate Cocoa Beach vacation!
Cameras are located at the front door exterior and overlooking the driveway for security. The property may be equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home. This sensor is 100% privacy compliant since it only measures noise level and doesn't record any sounds. A rental agreement is required. An early check-in and/or late check-out may be available. Fees may apply.

My family of four had a great time staying at this house. The location was perfect and the little neighborhood was nice and quiet. We really enjoyed watching the manatees in the bay and had a really great time! Communication with Teresa was wonderful. She was very responsive to all of our questions and needs, and she handled everything quickly and kindly. The house itself is beautiful and unbelievably well stocked with everything you could possibly need. It had all the kitchen supplies, beach coolers, and household items we could have asked for, which made our stay so much easier and more comfortable.We appreciated how well everything was taken care of and would definitely stay here again. The house is beautiful and the location is amazing. My kids loved the pool and I really enjoyed being able to sip coffee and watch manatees from the backyard.
