Take your Grand Lake getaway to the next level with this pet friendly 3-bedroom, 3-bath property. This spacious home has everything you need for comfortable stay, updated finishes, tasteful furniture and modern electronics. The house includes a spacious dining area, fully-equipped kitchen and a cozy living area that provides ample room for your group to lounge. It’s warm, upgraded finishes and cozy furnishings provide a creative, homey touch to this mountain retreat. Once inside, you’ll be ready to relax and enjoy your favorite on the TV. The kitchen has all you need for cooking and baking, including all the utensils and full-size appliances. Guests will have access to everything that our home has to offer! The kitchen, all living spaces and sleeping areas are available for your full use. Our home is stocked with all your household essentials, high-quality sheets and towels, and an ample supply of laundry detergent, trash bags, dish soap, tissues, etc. Summit Time Vacation Rentals is available if you need us, feel free to reach out through the Airbnb platform. Mixture of full time residents, second homes and vacation rentals. Close proximity to downtown Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park. 15-20 minute walk to downtown or a quick 3-5 minute drive. Great area to walk your dogs and take strolls to enjoy the mountain atmosphere! You must have a vehicle in Grand Lake. We do not have public transportation or ride share services. The house is walkable or bike-able to town. 4x4 or AWD required in winter snowy months for ease of access to town and for your safety. Trail Ridge Road from Grand Lake to Estes Park is typically closed Labor Day through Memorial Day. - To book you must be at least 25 years old - This is a non-smoking property. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning charges and forfeiture of your security deposit. You could be asked to immediately vacate the premises without a refund. Smoking outside is permitted, but all smoking materials must be picked up and disposed of properly. - This property is in a residential area, so please respect the neighbors and their property. Please be discreet and appropriate with your activities, noise level and parking so not to inconvenience the neighbors. - No parties, events or large gatherings are permitted; excessive noise, parking violations or trespassing may result in neighbor complaints and police action. You could be asked to immediately vacate the premises without refund in the event of police action or neighbor complaints. - Quiet hours are between 8:00 pm and 9:00 am - No refunds will be given for storms and/or bad weather. - Mountain roads can be curvy and steep. Gravel drives are well maintained; however, we highly recommend four-wheel drive and/or chains during the snow months. We do not refund due to road conditions. - In the event, you will be provided a set of backup keys upon check-in and you are responsible for lost keys. In the event keys are not returned, you are responsible for the cost of re-keying locks and replacing keys. - In the event you are locked out of the property, please contact us. -Towels and linens are provided. You are responsible for the replacement cost of any missing items. - The Homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the premises. - There are often animals in the area, including moose, elk, bears, mountain lions and foxes. Do not approach or feed the wildlife. Supervise children outside. Do not leave food outside. -If you are planning to bring your pet along, let us know in advance. There will be an additional charge of $100 - pet cleaning fee. If you do not inform us of your pet staying with us you could be asked to immediately vacate the premises with an additional fine of 500$. -A starter consumable pack will be provided for each booking and the price is included in your cleaning fee. - I give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to screen my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions. Be respectful of our neighbors, take good care of our home, and enjoy yourself!
