初めての民泊で、新しい経験が出来たこと。普通じゃ、泊まることの出来ない古い日本家屋に宿泊出来たこと。懐かしい空気と雰囲気を味わうことが出来たこと。金額が安かったこと。
家族全員分の身分証明をしなくてはならず、写真や自撮りをしたことで個人情報流出のリスクを抱えてしまったこと。最終的には良い人だったので良かったのだが、始めや、場所が分からない時に電話応対が少し怖く、不安になったこと。

The location was amazing! It was right by the ocean and had a good view. Additionally the property itself was really nice. There were many old, intriguing objects to look at inside and everything was clean and well maintained. It was a bit like staying at a museum. Also the host, Taka, was extremely helpful and answered immediately when we were trying to find the property in the dark. He also answered all questions we had and showed us how to set up our beds and use different appliances!
It was a bit easy to miss the entrance to the property at night in the dark after 9pm (our mistake since we arrived later), so for other travelers it would be better to find the property while there is still a bit of light. Once we realized where it was with the host's help, it was easy to park and everything was great.

We had the place for ourselves, just me and my 2 grown-up kids. I suppose, they love the place more as they wanted to live like the locals. So, the place does meet their expectation - the futons, the sliding door, the rooms, etc. I don't have pictures, but the ones from the site are exactly how the house and rooms look like ;)
It is not a bad thing, but, it was the cold that I dislike. While the owner provided the heater, it was insufficient for me to heat the full room. There is a air-con for heater which supposedly gives heat outside the rooms, but it was still cold. I suppose that I would enjoy the stay more, if it in a different season other than winter.

また、木造で渋い建物なので、ニオイが気になる。
