部屋、お風呂などはは綺麗にリフォームされていたので外観より予想以上に快適だった。チェックインもアウトもスムーズに対応して頂けたので良かった。

全体的に大満足でした。
スタッフさんは丁寧、親切。
ロケーションも土地勘がなくても分かりやすいく、駅近。
コンビニは目の前。
部屋は、掃除が行き届いており快適に過ごせました。
スーパーアリーナまでの送迎もあり、とても便利だと思います。
予約は、素泊まりプランでしたが、
イベント参加の有無の連絡をくださり、スーパーアリーナ
までの送迎プランに変更してくれました。
が、強風の為電車が大幅に遅延し、送迎の時間までに到着出来なかったので、当日キャンセルした所、再度素泊まりプランに変更してくれました。臨機応変に対応して頂き助かりました。
翌日も強風の為電車が遅延してましたが、線路沿いに建物がある為、電車の行き来を確認出来たのでとても便利でした。
是非、また利用したいです！
✳備品の部屋着の着心地が良く、寝やすかったので販売してほしいです。
部屋が若干蒸し暑かったので
冷房又は送風を入れたかったが、今は暖房のみの設定しか出来なかった。
浴室の出入り口が、高く感じた。入る時は気にならないが
出る時は以外と段差があるので気をつけて出入りしました。

The room was clean, comfortable (even if a bit small) and had all the necessary amenities. Apparently there is daily cleaning too.
The price was elevated, since it was the Sendai Tanabata festival season.
The staff didn't speak a lick of English, although somehow I managed just fine.
