OMG the staff! they couldn't have been more helpful. Everyone was friendly and incredibly helpful. Given our situation (we are moving to Portugal and were staying at the hotel while looking for a rental place) we received all the help imaginable, especially considering we had so much luggage and a two-year-old baby. I can't thank them enough. I hope they always cross paths with wonderful, kind-hearted people just like themselves. And the facility! Amazing view, lots of green areas and easy to access anywhere in the city, free parking area and uninterrupted Wi-Fi. Also there is a pool and a garden with a lovely lemon tree. There is no doubt that I will recommend this place anyone I know and I don’t know!

The apartment was even bigger than we expected, with plenty of sunlight and beautiful decoration. Thankfully, there was air conditioning, which was very much appreciated. The view over Lisbon and the red bridge was absolutely breathtaking. The garden was very quiet and relaxing, with some fruit trees and a lovely swimming pool.
The apartment was also very well equipped, with great amenities such as Apple TV, an oven, a Nespresso machine, and a hairdryer.
The apartment was also kept very clean by the cleaner, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this apartment!
I was sleeping on the sofabed; it was too small, the duvet cover didn't fit and it wasn't comfortable at all. Also it was covered in stains.

Cozy stay in Lisbon, in the Belem quarter (10 min walk to all Belem atttactions). Clean, easy check in. Nice view to the 25 Abril Bridge and Cristo Rei. The complimentary coffee and tea were appreciated.
There was no more soap left. One of the towels was ripped

Staff was very helpful… from check in and cleaning everyone was really nice and went out of way to help!
Felt a little sterile. Appliance annuals hard to decipher, could never figure out how to use TV. kitchen amenities were limited.. ie no drinking glasses deceptions wine and coffee, no spatula and no strainer.
