L'appartamento è proprio come appare in foto, dotato di ogni comfort, letti comodi e bagno spazioso. Il giardino è un grande plus per godersi un po di relax a fine giornata. Erano a nostra disposizione anche un barbecue, una lavatrice ed un'asciugatrice.
Il quartiere è molto tranquillo ed è possibile parcheggiare in strada gratuitamente. La zona è perfetta perchè in poco tempo si riesce ad arrivare in qualsiasi zona di LA
Non ho trovato difetti nell'appartamento, forse l'unica miglioria sarebbe mettere una luce in giardino, ma non sono sicura al 100% che non ci fosse (forse siamo stati noi a non trovare l'interruttore)

Tutto. La casa è in una zona residenziale molto tranquilla, molto vicino a Venice Beach e a Santa Monica (circa 15/20 min) e a 15 min dall’aeroporto.
Il monolocale è piccolino, ma super carino e ben rifornito di tutto. Abbiamo trovato tutto pulito!
L’host è super, risponde velocemente e sempre disponibile.
Lo consiglio assolutamente!!

A lovely and well appointed place in a GREAT neighborhood. Good connections to transport options or the freeway.
I think it would be cool if you had separate trash and recycling under the sink.

Clean, modern and in a nice quiet neighbourhood
Shared washing machine facilities are right outside the door to this unit, so if people choose to use them outside of the hours that it says not to then you will hear the washing machine and people coming and going to load/empty it. This happened during our stay at 10/11pm which felt a bit rude
