A great stay but would have appreciated more directions on getting to the apartment.

The location was amazing as it was in the very heart of alfama. We could walk everywhere and we felt safe. It was very clean and peaceful and we had a great stay.

Getting to the apartment was very difficult and took 3 hours to find. We asked multiple locals and most didn’t know where it was. We recommended telling your uber driver to drop you off at museu do fado and then heading up that way instead of getting dropped off at the highest point in the city and walking down flights of stairs with 3+ suitcases which was where our driver dropped us off from putting in the apartment location.

Great location and atmosphere – true taste of old Lisbon

We stayed as a family of three — my wife, our son, and I. The apartment was wonderful: comfortable, cozy, and clean. We loved the location — right in the heart of **Alfama**, with its unique authentic charm of old Lisbon. The atmosphere was incredible: narrow streets, historic buildings, and beautiful live Fado music right under the windows — pure magic! The host provided an easy smart check-in, and everything was clear and well-organized. We were very satisfied and would gladly stay here again

Everything was great overall, but a few small details could be improved: 1. The large flush button in the toilet sometimes gets stuck, so it’s better to use the small one — it works perfectly. 2. There were no bottles of drinking water in the room. As I understood, the tap water isn’t for drinking, so I bought bottled water at the nearby supermarket. 3. The front door lock is not very convenient — sometimes the key turns without catching. It might be worth replacing it.

Perfect central apartment for exploring Alfama 😊

Perfectly placed small apartment in a beautiful area of Lisbon, near to cafes, bars and the stunning castle

Our only slight niggle was the 2 thin single duvets on the bed but really it’s not a complaint!

L’emplacement est vraiment top Proche des transports et de petits resto très cool au son du fado Le bar Ginjinha da Sé est incroyable je le conseille vivement planche apéritive et cocktails, le propriétaire est adorable et les prix franchement cools
