This was a fantastic base for exploring both Mostar and Sarajevo. Located about a 15-minute walk from the town center, it is peacefully situated; while on a road, traffic quietens down at night and the sound insulation with the windows closed is great. The shared kitchen was the absolute highlight of our stay. We were initially hesitant about sharing a kitchen, but it turned out to be amazing: well-equipped with a good oven and electric stove, a hassle-free shared fridge, and plenty of space to cook. We ended up having wonderful, cozy evenings chatting with other international travelers. Outside there is an abundance of lovely shaded seating. Communication with the host via WhatsApp was effortless and easygoing, check-in was smooth, and payment was very relaxed. Parking is hassle-free with a gravel lot across the road next to the river that easily fits four cars, plus two spots in front. You can even walk down to a small pebble 'beach' at the river to cool down. Finally, the value for money is outstanding—paying around €25 to €30 per night for a modern room with a private bathroom is exceptionally cheap.
The room is on the smaller side and has no indoor seating (no chairs or seating area, only the beds). The shower is compact, the shower head holder was broken so you had to hold it by hand, the shower shelf hung crooked, and the drain was quite slow. There were a few minor maintenance quirks, such as a loose wall socket and faucet by the toilet. Lastly, the property could use a quick clean: there was dust underneath the beds, and the exterior of the building had quite a lot of cobwebs.

Very close to the city centre and rafting. Next to the place you will find a big enough parking lot. Kitchen is separate from your room and it is big enough. Can recommend if you are visiting the place.

La habitación se habia limpiado muy superficial, había muchísimo polvo, incluso un rollo de papel casi acabado (no había ni para un uso), una luz de mesita de noche en un armario lleno de polvo, la ventana con telarañas... La sábana de la cama pequeña tenía pequeñas roturas...
La cocina compartida no estaba limpia
