The apartment was fantastic and communication with the host was great.
I would have given a maximum score for the apartment but unfortunately the lift had broken for the entirety of our stay and being on the 9th floor it had a big impact on our enjoyment, although I have to stress that this was of no fault of the host.

The space, the beautiful views, accessibility as you are in the heart of the city.
Only issue we had was that the lift wasn’t working but that is no fault of the apartment at all simply just bad luck everything else was great.

Brilliant location - right opposite the Arndale Centre. Very large and spacious. Balcony massive and outdoor furniture provided
No plug for the bath. Sofas very uncomfortable. One sofa has dirty and stained cushions. No TV in bedrooms. Cigarette butts on balcony - maybe an ash tray that cleaners could empty would stop this.

Location
Very tired. Double bed broken in small double bedroom.
Outdoor furniture damaged under cushions
Some of doors didn’t close properly.
Water in shower tricky to keep bathroom dry.
Poor water pressure in bathroom basin.
Very tired decor and furniture.
WiFi connects but doesn’t actually react to Internet so ended up just using 5G.
Good outdoor space but poorly furnished.
