The chalet is very cozy,clean and well maintained. And the best part is , the beach is just in front of the chalet. So it’s easy to watch your kids while doing your bbq 😁.

We arrived at night but we stood in awe as we listened to the rhythmic crashing of the waves against the shore. Our homestay chalet was just right in front of the beach. It was a long drive in and the narrow and winding road was challenging at night but it was all worth it. Host Farius had patiently waited for us. He was kind enough to even go the distance to get us dinner. In the morning, we drove slowly for just about four minutes, and arrived at the beautiful Tip of Borneo where the Sulu Sea and South China Sea collide. It was beautiful and peaceful. Highly recommended for those who want a getaway - this cozy little chalet is a perfect place to rest and relax.
As the host mentioned that at certain time of the year, rubbish gets washed away to the shore, so it was quite unpleasant to see it. If we had time, we would have spruced up the beach area a bit. Hope someone can do that. It was beautiful though, long sandy beach and clear water.
