Es ist sauber, modern, bequem und schön. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr nett und sehr zuvorkommend. Wir wurden von der Boutique ins Hotel umgebucht in ein Zimmer mit schönem Balkon und Blick über Istanbul mit Sonnenuntergang ohne mehr zahlen zu müssen. Als wir nach einem Nachtflug sehr müde angekommen sind, haben sie sich extra mit der Reinigung beeilt, sodass wir kurz nach unserer Ankunft (viel früher als Check-in) in ein tolles Bett fallen durften. Und an unserem letzten Tag mussten wir früher aufstehen wegen dem Rückflug und jemand ist extra früher aufgestanden und hat Frühstück für uns vorbereitet. Wow!!! Was ein Service!!! Wir sind beeindruckt. Das Frühstück ist ein Buffet, man wird also satt. Die Unterkunft ist nah am Ufer und nah an Metro und Busbahnhof. Zu den großen Moscheen und dem Palast sind wir zu Fuß gelaufen von der Unterkunft aus. Klimaanlage ist notwendig und hat super funktioniert.
Es sprechen leider nicht alle Mitarbeiter gut Englisch, aber es war kein großes Problem.

We liked the design, the AC and bathroom appliances worked flawlessly. The breakfast was nice, the crew was helpful and friendly.
There is a water shop at the next building which is noisy. There are also noisy and bad looking construction sites around, which was scary at arrival. This is a busy, messy, developing neighbourhood. No heat and noise insulation on the hotel building.

Getmək istədiyiniz əsas yerlərə yaxındı. Tramvay və marşurt xəttlərinə yaxlndı. Səhər yeməyi əladır. Otaqlar səliqəli təmiz və komfortludur. İşçi heyyət mehriban gülərərüz qonaqpərvərdir.
