I liked its size. It was bigger than what we needed in bedrooms. It’s a quiet area. Aircon in the three main bedrooms. The agent was very communicative. They also allowed our mother and 6-month old baby to stay in the apartment earlier than planned.
There are homeless people who sleep in tents around the corner from the property, on the way to the train station, which made ladies feel unsafe when walking home. No ‘real’ sitting room. Some small things need to be fixed in the property eg toilet seat in one of the bathrooms and a very low water pressure in the showers.

Host war sehr entgegenkommend bezüglich check in und check out Zeiten. Für unsere Gruppe von 8 Personen eine super Wohnungsgröße. Aufzug ist klein aber funktioniert. Die Küche war mit den grundlegendsten Utensilien ausgestattet. Haben die Küche nur zum Frühstücken genutzt, dafür hatten wir alles was wir brauchten. Die Wohnung ist nicht mehr neu, alles war allerdings sehr sauber. Etwas hellhörig, aber nachts war es sehe ruhig. Die Bettdecken könnten etwas dicker sein. Die Türöffnung digital hat perfekt funktioniert. Einige sehr gute Lokale sind mit kurzen Fußweg erreichbar. Bahnhof Termini in 15 min. Fußweg gut erreichbar. Preis Leistungs Verhältnis hat für uns gut gepasst.
