Everything about this accommodation was fantastic. The location was ideal, house was spacious and well decorated, well kept, heating worked well, beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped and stocked. There was tea bags, milk, coffee and sugar available on arrival. The back garden was nice and secure for our dog too. Plenty of available parking on the road outside.

The house is in a good location and well proportioned, the beds were comfortable and towels and linens all pristine.
In general the property is tired and in need of maintenance and a good clean.
There are several examples we could point to, but the obvious ones would be in the sitting room where the paint work on the ceiling and wall near the bay window was only part complete, the kitchen where the integrated dishwasher had no cabinet door attached and the bathroom which was in need of renovation.
The general cleanliness of the property was poor, this was particularly noticeable on the black kitchen tiles which were covered in white dog hair.
We had a nice welcome pack waiting for us on arrival inclusive of some coffee, however when my husband gave the cafetière a quick rinse before using he cut his thumb on the broken glass of the spout.
